You’ll enjoy a luxurious king sized bed in your oceanfront master bedroom, a queen sized bed in the second bedroom and two twins in the third bedroom, both with ensuite bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom is situated off the living area and opens onto a private, screened balcony with a spectacular panorama of Grace Bay Beach. All suites at the Tuscany are non-smoking.
Each bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom. The master bath contains a luxurious platform soaking tub, separate oversized glass-walled shower, and double vanity sinks.

50% Deposit required to confirm reservation. Deposit is refundable with written cancellation notice received 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. There is a full forfeiture of deposit when written cancellation notice is received 29 days or less from scheduled arrival date
Holiday Season Policy (travel between December 20 and January 4): A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit is refundable with written cancellation notice received 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. There is a full forfeiture of deposit when written cancellation notice is received 59 days or less from scheduled arrival date.
