I just wanted to let the Tuscany know that we had a truly wonderful week in our beautiful suite! Everything about the place was fantastic – the pretty decor and comfy furniture, the amazing view, the well equipped kitchen, and all the other amenities and special touches that made it the nicest and most attractive place we’ve ever rented (and we’ve done this drill a lot on other islands!).

And every single member of the Tuscany staff was so warm and welcoming, truly helpful, and incredibly quick to respond to requests for help or bookings. It’s a pretty special team!

The beach is of course gorgeous, but we also loved the pool, and I was excited that it was long enough to do laps, and also that it was so quiet and uncrowded.

I had a great massage with Rosa early in the week and then my mom, daughter, and I had a really nice girls spa afternoon at the Palms towards the send of our stay, so I felt relaxed as a noodle by the time we had to leave (and get all stressed all over again!)

Fantastic Visit!

The pre-arrival service, reservations, recommendations … first rate! The location is spectacular … more towards the east end of Grace Bay and less crowded. But with access to tiki bar and five star dinning right next door. Great beach, chairs and umbrellas – Pool option. Tennis courts. Across the street from Golf. Walk the beach to the more touristy offerings of parasailing, tube rides, snorkel boat excursions, etc. And 6 minute drive over to Long Bay Beach for Kite Boarding.

The condo next door – to the east – is set back 100m … so unobstructed views. The service was attentive and responsive. We had a brand new GE Fridge that did not seem to want to stay cool enough – they had maintenance on site on Christmas Day and fixed the issue. Impressive given the reputation of lack of urgency on the Islands. Not true at The Tuscany. The maid service was excellent and non-intrusive. Fresh beach towels everyday.

All of the equipment in the kitchen, laundry room was new and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, etc … five star functioning kitchen. Great spot and wonderful people helping you to get the most out of your experience.

Our family of five (kids ages 7, we and 14) just returned from a wonderful post-Christmas stay. It was our first time at Tuscany and to Turks & Caicos. What separates Tuscany is the pristine grounds, cleanliness, and both the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. With only 30 units it has a boutiquey feel and the staff makes very effort to have you feel special and attended to.

The villas themselves are fantastic – each has a million dollar water view, is well appointed and has tons of space with a nice screened deck (three bedrooms, three baths). It was the perfect size for our family and our kids felt safe and comfortable throughout the stay. We also liked that the property is towards the quieter end of Grace Bay, which also distinguishes Tuscany from some of the properties further up the beach.

Some may want a restaurant on property but there were lunch options within 25 yards and we had six great dinners all within a couple miles.

My husband and I stayed here the first week of October in 2018 for our honeymoon.

It was the trip of a lifetime!

The Tuscany staff were so warm and welcoming, always asking how the “honeymoon” was going when they saw us. We enjoyed that it felt more like a home than a hotel, which I at first was hesitant about. It had every single amenity of a hotel – big pool towels, housekeeping, concierge, spa availability – but we had space to lounge around, cook, and the bonus of doing all of our sandy laundry before we came back home! We used The Tuscany bikes to go to the grocery and cooked fresh fish one night along with making breakfast every morning – something we definitely couldn’t have done with a hotel option.

The Tuscany arranged everything from dinner reservations, to our snorkeling trip, to the cab to and from the airport and always with a smile! It isn’t in the middle of all the island hotels, instead it is near the end – so it is quiet and all you can hear are the waves crashing opposed to other visitors on the island. This end of the beach felt a lot more clean because of that. The pool was phenomenal, we always had it to ourselves.

It was a five star home away from home, no matter if we were honeymooning or had brought family along!
