Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Tuscany this past summer. The condo was huge, beautifully appointed, had an amazing view, and the property managers, Terria and Shawnamae were fantastic. They made reservations for activities and dinners for us. They made us feel right at home. We will stay there again!

WOW!!

If you need a beautiful beach, pool and a great view of Grace Bay please take your family to this wonderful resort. I stayed for 8 marvelous days on the 4th floor #403 and it was like living lifestyles of the rich and famous. The staff is fantastic, and the condo was decorated beautifully,with everything you could possibly need. There is no restaurant on the property however the grocery store is close and the property next door has a lovely beach side restaurant just steps away. I have traveled to many places in the Virgin Islands and the Bahamas and this property tops them all. Make sure you make your reservations at coco bistro before you travel! WOW!!

I was skeptical at first, how can a “resort” without a place to eat, in house spa services or even a 24/7 front desk be ranked #1. Boy was I wrong! Dont think and just book this place. We rent a car, drove to The Tuscany. We where greeted by ShawnaMae, she knew us by name and within seconds our bags where taken away while she gave us a quick tour. She then gave us our keys, front gate remote, pre paid cell phone and charger all in a cute little box. Told us she can arrange anything we need and disappeared (in a good way). Then wife and I explored our room…wow this is where it gets crazy. 3 Bed, 3 Bathroom Condo with full kitchen, pots, pans, spices, appliances including a blender! Washer and Dryer are in the unit, free detergent. Dishes, utensils, etc all there…as if we just walked into someones home. Rooms are amazing, comfy and big! Master bath has a jacuzzi tub, standing shower, etc. Each inch of our room was cleaned daily, including putting away dishes in the dish washer. The pool area is clean, rarely used as you are seconds from the beach. Beach was pretty much private, I counted 12 people at max on a single day, none of which stayed at the Tuscany. The was amazing, better then Horseshoe bay, Bermuda! The Tuscany is 2 KM from The Graceway Grocery Store and some sort of a bank. We got all of our groceries from the store and made most of our meals. Overall this is the place you want to be…I’ve traveled to some nice spots, but this one takes the cake!

After travelling throughout the Carribean, our family decided to try the Turks & Caicos for our mid winter vacation this year. We researched places to stay at and the Tuscany repeatedly came up top of the list as far as customer satisfaction, perceived value and location goes. Well it did not disappoint as we were cordially greeted and made to feel extremely welcome the moment we got there. Our hostess Shawnamae made it quite clear that she was available 24/7 if needed and we were given a complimentary cell phone upon our arrival in order to get in touch with her or any one else in the concierge department in order to accomplish this. The rooms were very clean and spacious and complimentary essentials such as bottled water were provided daily. The courtyard was impeccably landscaped and the pool area clean and surprisingly quite for that time of year, which I found to be refreshing since I wanted to enjoy some quiet time with my family. The ocean was only a few steps away from our room and I like so many others who have written reviews on the Tuscany, loved getting up in the morning to enjoy a cup of coffee with my wife in the screened off patio area while we listened to the soothing sound of the ocean waves as they made their way to shore. The beach always had lawn chairs available for us which meant we didn’t have to stake our claim at 6:00 a.m. and the Ocean Club next door was only a few steps away for an afternoon cocktail or snack. If you’re looking for a place to rest and relax in the Turks & Caicos, than the Tuscany IS your place! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would not hesitate rebooking there next time we visit. We did get a chance to visit the other resorts and even checked out the rates they offered but in the end we unanimously decided we liked the total package that the Tuscany offered us and that’s why we will be back! The condo was amazing. Better than we expected and we were expecting a lot based upon prior reviews and pictures.

The condo is furnished very tasteful in Island Chic. An updated kitchen with stainless appliances and all the amenities a serious chef could want. Luxurious bathrooms with nice soaps, lotions & shampoos. Housekeeping is provided everyday. They change linens and towels and provide free bottled water each day. Beach towels are also provided and changed each day. The washer and dryer made packing easier.

The large screened in balcony made for some remarkable views of the turkoise water of Grace Bay. A covered parking space is provided and there are gas grills on site. The pool is large and and there were comfortable loungers available.

The front end staff were wonderful. Shaquell, Shawnemae and the rest were extremely helpful in making dinner reservations before our arrival and arranging a snorkel trip during our stay.

We were there during the low season so there were very few guests about. Plenty of loungers and umbrellas available on the beach. But I believe that since only about half the thirty condos are in the rental pool it is never crowded.

Overall, we had a most enjoyable stay and a big thanks to the owner Elizabeth for having such a beautiful place for us to share. She was a pleasure to deal with and always answered any questions promptly.

We are already planning our next trip to Turks & Caicos and another great stay at this perfect island retreat.

The staff was so helpful and friendly! We were greeted like we were family.

The Unit was stocked with food before we arrived and the woman at the front desk was very helpful in booking dinners, transportation, and other activities (we did a boat tour). Everything was very clean and the beach was beautiful.

There’s a cute little bar/ restaurant next door that will serve you on the beach. That also had great food.

After reading all of the rave reviews of The Tuscany and looking forward to our trip for almost a year, I wondered if The Tuscany would be able to meet my very high expectations — but it not only met them but exceeded them!!

The service and accommodations are first class. Shawnamae was so helpful both before we arrived and during our stay in meeting our every need and booking reservations for dinners, massages and excursions.

The condo was absolutely wonderful – it was spotless and well-appointed. We traveled with our 4 teenagers and the 3-bedroom condo gave us plenty of room. When we were in the condo we spent most of our time on the roomy screened-in veranda enjoying the gorgeous view of the beach and the turquoise water. There are chaise lounges on the veranda, which are perfect for reading, and a large table where we ate meals and played games.

We have traveled often as a family and are picky about our accommodations but we loved everything about The Tuscany!

I just wanted to let the Tuscany know that we had a truly wonderful week in our beautiful suite! Everything about the place was fantastic – the pretty decor and comfy furniture, the amazing view, the well equipped kitchen, and all the other amenities and special touches that made it the nicest and most attractive place we’ve ever rented (and we’ve done this drill a lot on other islands!).

And every single member of the Tuscany staff was so warm and welcoming, truly helpful, and incredibly quick to respond to requests for help or bookings. It’s a pretty special team!

The beach is of course gorgeous, but we also loved the pool, and I was excited that it was long enough to do laps, and also that it was so quiet and uncrowded.

I had a great massage with Rosa early in the week and then my mom, daughter, and I had a really nice girls spa afternoon at the Palms towards the send of our stay, so I felt relaxed as a noodle by the time we had to leave (and get all stressed all over again!)

Fantastic Visit!

The pre-arrival service, reservations, recommendations … first rate! The location is spectacular … more towards the east end of Grace Bay and less crowded. But with access to tiki bar and five star dinning right next door. Great beach, chairs and umbrellas – Pool option. Tennis courts. Across the street from Golf. Walk the beach to the more touristy offerings of parasailing, tube rides, snorkel boat excursions, etc. And 6 minute drive over to Long Bay Beach for Kite Boarding.

The condo next door – to the east – is set back 100m … so unobstructed views. The service was attentive and responsive. We had a brand new GE Fridge that did not seem to want to stay cool enough – they had maintenance on site on Christmas Day and fixed the issue. Impressive given the reputation of lack of urgency on the Islands. Not true at The Tuscany. The maid service was excellent and non-intrusive. Fresh beach towels everyday.

All of the equipment in the kitchen, laundry room was new and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, etc … five star functioning kitchen. Great spot and wonderful people helping you to get the most out of your experience.
